We operate online where we do fast and reliable door deliveries in Nairobi and across Kenya.
How do I order?
Simply select your favorite product, add it to cart, and check out. You can also place quick orders through WhatsApp for convenience.
I'm not in Nairobi, how can I get one?
We can arrange a parcel delivery whether you are in Nakuru, Kisumu, Mombasa etc
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Debit/ Credit Card
Can I pay cash on Delivery?
Cash on delivery is only applicable to third time customers.
Can I customize a gift box?
Yes! You can choose items like scarves, brushes, toys, or hoodies to create a unique box for your pet or as a gift. Just reach out via WhatsApp for customization.
How long can I get my order?
Delivery varies from same day delivery to 3 week delivery depending on stock count, delivery location and the product ordered.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 3 days for unused, unopened products if there’s a defect or wrong item delivered.
