We don't have a physical store yet but we do door deliveries in Nairobi.

I'm not in Nairobi, how can I get one?

We can arrange a parcel delivery whether you are in Nakuru, Kisumu, Mombasa etc

Can I put my pet's name on the collar?

Yes, you can also add your phone number for easy contact.

Can I pay cash on Delivery?

No you cannot. Cash on delivery is only applicable to second time customers.

How long can I get my order?

Delivery varies from same day delivery to 3 week delivery depending on stock count, delivery location and the product ordered.
